Disability Support Services

Colbrow provides Disability Support Services for children and adults who have physical, sensory or intellectual disabilities. Home care allows them to live comfortably in their own home and to actively participate within their community.

If you or someone you love has a disability and you need some extra support, Colbrow Homecare can help. Our dedicated nursing, nutrition, exercise and care professionals hold qualifications in Disability Support Services and Home and Community Care. We provide nursing and care services for recipients of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and WorkSafe Victoria clients who lead fulfilling lives in the community, as well as private clients and numerous funded clients who choose Colbrow Homecare as their care provider.

Using the person centred approach, we place a strong emphasis on maintaining privacy, respect and client dignity. Our nurses and carers who provide disability support services in Melbourne are also trained to provide emotional and psychological support not only to clients, but to their families as well.

Colbrow Homecare's services are flexible, affordable and are not subject to any waiting or qualification periods. We have a fast response service, which is delivered using a Person Centred Care approach. We are registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers and are registered with the TAC and WorkSafe (Victoria) to provide disability support services to their clients.
